👋 Hello little learners!

1. Numbers 6 to 10 in Mandarin

Here are the numbers. Say them with me slowly:

👉 Try clapping your hands each time you say a number. This helps with rhythm and memory!

2. Short Phrases to Practice

Now let’s try using the numbers in simple sentences:

  • 我有六个苹果 (wǒ yǒu liù gè píng guǒ) – I have six apples.

  • 七个朋友 (qī gè péng you) – Seven friends.

  • 我看到八只小鸟 (wǒ kàn dào bā zhī xiǎo niǎo) – I see eight little birds.

  • 九条鱼 (jiǔ tiáo yú) – Nine fish.

  • 十个气球 (shí gè qì qiú) – Ten balloons. 🎈

3. Fun Activity – Count and Color 🎨

  • Draw ten balloons on a piece of paper.

  • Color six balloons red, seven balloons blue, eight balloons yellow, nine balloons green, and ten balloons purple.

  • As you color, say the Mandarin number out loud!

This way, kids learn through both visuals and actions.

4. Rhyme for Kids 🎶

Here’s a fun chant to help remember numbers 6 to 10:

“六,七,八,
数一数,哈哈哈!
九和十,
朋友多又好开心!”

Repeat with clapping or stomping to make it lively!
